I need to replace my optane memory.  Which optane memory does HP recommend replacing?

Why do you need to replace it? It will be a 16 or 32 gig Intel Optane module. We can hep find one to buy and provide instructions how to install. Post back for details.

I was told my optane memory was corrupt, Best Buy IT only repaired it but did not replace it.  I am still having issues with my laptop.  Best Buy IT told me it is the optane memory module is not working properly.

That I don't know,  I'm only going by what Best Buy IT told me about it.  How can I check that?

Just check in "This PC" and see if a drive is showing up in addition to the main storage drive. Should not be. You can also look at it in disk management.
