I just looked and there are 51 different firmware  available for the GTX 1050 card.   I have flashed bios for ATI cards but have no experience with NVidia.   I have never heard before of anyone re-flashing the graphic bios on a laptop but I assume it is possible.  I am sure there are crypto-currency crazies who might flash a "mining bios" to get a few cents more of bitcoins.   I suspect any graphic bios for your nvidia chip is probably built into the rom bios of the motherboard but I might be mistaken.

Use gpu-z to get the exact info about your 1050 chip then look around and find someone with the same laptop, have them do the same and compare the information.  Some sellers on ebay might be willing to post a screen shot of gpu-z for you if they think you will buy their system.   Just out of curiosity, can you post the GPU-Z info for your system?

"I need the Original HP firmware  "

check the given link these are computers graphics cards

First, there is a risk that it won't work, it's a laptop here, or at worst it crashes.

But the question is for the original one obviously ...

Does anyone not recognize the issue please?

Interesting - The device is not UFEI  !

This is built into the motherboard and not an add-on card correct?  I have a 2080 and a 1660ti on my Area51 and both are check {X} UEFI

Looking at a HP Pro 3400 that had a pair of FirePro and the onboard Intel.  The 7.16 bios of the 3400 says the Intel Video is UEFI and the FirePro are not.  That is true, they are not UEFI but the internal video does not even work as I have a card in the x16 slot yet it is reported as UEFI !!!

Pro3400 (intel video not working)Pro3400 (intel video not working)

Since your card is recognized as HP I suspect you have the correct firmware.

I assume the video firmware is part of the BIOS download.  What version bios do you have?

Is there a problem with graphics?

UEFI is not in Secure Boot mode

Tool reported Firmware reading is prohibited on this device.

The issue is, original slot is x16 and not x8. x8 slot is for the SSD. No SSD device is now available in the Windows device manager.

As you stated firmware is original HP, it must be a bug in the HP UEFI software.

Hp does not provide support in this case.

Hi

@ber999

@BeemerBiker

I told you, it's a laptop computer, the graphics card is built in, you can't compare it with a desktop computer ..
So it's just the continuation of this:

we are going in circles unfortunately ..

You find depicted a GPU-Z screenshot of an Intel UHD Graphics 630 chip of the primary graphics system in my notebook below. Please note, the Bios type is recorded as UEFI in this case, which is true value.

Exactly what is the problem that make you want to restore the original firmware?

BTW, if the video bios is part of the motherboard bios I suspect there is no way to restore.  I have read in several places that on some HP systems the old bios cannot be put in after a new bios upgrade.
