Good day!
I purchased a laptop in Kiev (Ukraine). He is now under warranty service.
After 10 months of operation, the laptop case appeared to be warped. The lower part (keyboard) bent in the center and distortions appeared along the tanks (to the left and right of the touch panel). I think this is due to the fact that the laptop gets very hot during operation, and the materials of the case are of poor quality.
When I tried to take the laptop in for repair, the service center refused to take it for examination. Within a month I could hand over the laptop until I went to the store (where I bought it) and convinced me to accept it for a guaranteed repair. It took a lot of effort. Store employees did not want to take a laptop for research, they behaved disrespectfully. Only after my complaints to senior managers did they agree to accept the laptop.
I am sure that they will not objectively consider my complaints about the quality of the product.
How can I send you a photo of my laptop showing the distortion of the case? This will help you understand my situation.
I have been using the HP technique for over 15 years. It has always been a reliable and quality product. We also purchase HP equipment for a company where I am the owner. However, this model disappointed me a lot.
Also, about 6 months ago, I bought a similar laptop (Pavilion 15-cs2025ur, s/n[Personal Information Removed]). This laptop also started to bend the case, but it is still not as noticeable as the first one (less time has passed since the start of operation). I also want to provide you with photographs for research.
Looking forward to understanding!
