Hi everyone
Since a few days after the windows update my laptop does not charge anymore if it is open.
In a nutshell I can only load my PC if it is closed.

I have tried all the reset so far recommended by the Microsoft and HP guides but none of these solved the problem for me .

 

I add that for about a month the original power supply of my pc has stopped working, so I bought a new one with the necessary technical specifications EXACT.

 

PS:I hope that someone will give me a hand as soon as possible as I work a lot with the PC and this problem slows me down in an exaggerated way.
