Can PTSI WINDOWS Final Test V 2.0 be run on a none funtional laptop? Recieved laptop back from HP repair - notified prior to return that there was liquid damage and corrosion around hinges. After recieving I tried to boot the system and it wouldn't even come on. There was obvious liquid spilt on the left of the screen and down on top cover. This was sticky and clear. This was not there when shipped for repair. Since I was told the warranty was voided due to liquid damage., I removed the HDD to verify it was the Laptop I sent for repair. While looking thru the files there were test results showing that all hardware test good. Case manger sent phots today of the corrosion and bottom panel that the repair facility sent to him.pic 1.jpgpic2.jpg

These pictures are from a totally different laptop hinge assembly. and cover. They closed my case and I cannot get a resolution.
