Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi all,

 

I have laptop HP Pavilion dv3-2310er. , Product number VY334#ACB.

The official page of HP for search of spare parts (here) does not find mine laptop with this Serial number and therefore I cannot receive a leaf with original custom numbers for my Laptop.

How can I find the HP web-page for to get the original order numbers of all the parts of the laptop whithand Product number VY334#ACB?

That is not possible but we can get you the Service manual which has an exploded diagram and HP Part numbers of all possible components of that model series.

Perfect solution!
I want to buy the original keyboard for a replacement and also the middle cover with the TouchPad.

 

I also have a similar problem for my other HP ENVY 15 Notebook PC with and Product number K1X12EA#ACB. Can you give me a link for get the same manual which has an exploded diagram and HP Part numbers of all possible components  or on the Web-page where I can see all the original order numbers for all parts of my laptop HP ENVY 15 Notebook PC please?
