Pavilion 15-au063nr
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The battery failed and will not charge. The laptop works fine using the AC adapter. I replaced the battery and the laptop will not turn on The only light is the charge indicator which did change from charging to fully charged. I removed the battery and the laptop will not turn on with the AC adapter. I tried a hard reset holding down the power button for 30 seconds to no effect. I put the old battery back in an laptop runs fine using the AC adapter. I have tried this 2 new batteries.
