Hi, today I went over to a friend's house with the laptop I got 16 days ago, and when I got there, my touchpad wasn't working. I tried this on both Windows 10 and TAILS, but both times my touchpad was acting as if it were unplugged. In the Windows under device manager, the touchpad isn't even showing up as a "mouse and pointing device". Any thoughts?

Hi! I contacted HP support and we got it fixed. From my understanding, the synaptics driver got updated, but the bios did not and the old bios and the new driver did not work together. Thanks for the help!
