Welcome to the HP Support community.
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.

- could you please help me as well. My warranty expired only 2 weeks ago and it seems unfair to be charged $450 for an issue so many people experience
- Could you please help me. The same has happened with my screen but it also smashed in popping out and is unusable. This is in acceptable from hp

I have the same issue. I bought this incredible hp pavilion x360. I never had issues with it untill four months ago and there's still a warranty on it. The left bottom of my screen popped out. I NEVER dropped it nor have I bumped anything against it. I've seen that some other people on this forum have had/have the same issue with the same laptop. So it seems to me that this maybe could be a technical default. I'm living in Belgium and the only support I can get there is a virtual assistent. However, it cannot register my problem correctly, so I keep ending up empty handed when it comes to a solution for my problem.

Hi everyone who has commented on the forum post.
I wanted to share what I did to hopefully help the rest of you:
-- I created this forum post and a HP representative reached out to me via messages
-- They were not quick in responding or communicating and took over a month of communication where they decided to do a one time covered repair.
-- They sent a box to put my laptop in, I sent it out, they repaired it and sent it back
This took longer than I had hoped, but was grateful they did do that. The customer service was not exceptional especially during a stressful time. If I was someone else now I would keep doing forum posts and hoping a representative reaches out. It seems like this is a common issue and has to do with how the laptop is made. I'm sorry this may not be as helpful, but figured I'd share what happened with me to hopefully help you.
Goodluck

I had my laptop for a year and 1 month when the problems started to occur (go figure right after the 1 year warranty is over). I really do like the laptop. This problem, however, seems to be pretty common and seems to be an issue on their end. I must've been lucky and got the one time repair. Like I said, it seems like its a problem in manufacturing and assembling the laptop. They should cover it. Hope it works out
