Hi! I got my HP laptop from my dad November last year. He bought it in the UK (where he works) and brought it here in the PH (where I live). When I got it, I noticed that one of the hinges (not sure if that's the correct word) was slightly curved. I didn't mind it at first since it worked fine and didn't think it would actually become a problem in the future. There also isn't an HP service center within my city (or province) which I could bring the laptop to.

Just today as I was going to use my laptop one of the hinges suddenly "cracked" and the lower-right part of my screen began protruding. That part of the screen turned white and so I just tried to push it back. It didn't (and couldn't) fully go back and still protrudes and would snap out of its position if I move the screen. Is there any way I could return it to normal?

It still works fine, as long as I don't move the screen. Since there is no HP service center, I don't trust other people to fix my laptop.

This is the normal hinge. This is the normal hinge. This is the one that is slightly bent and now had snapped the bottom part of the screen. This is the one that is slightly bent and now had snapped the bottom part of the screen.
