I got this product from a CROMA and I didn't think about it first but later I realised it was actually a demo unit which was sold to me 😞 I didn't mind it because the laptop felt new but...after few months of usage I see big scratches all over laptop with very light usage actually...

then I noticed even with SLIGHTEST touch to walls or furniture laptop's body got big dents like the body itself was scraped off it was sooo bad like I can't even return it and there no point in selling it 

I beared it thinking it might not affect performance and it did because idk when the left side of laptop body at vent has actually break ( crack) to the layer 

 

After 1year + 6 months I was hearing really loud and cranky noise from fan and observing the laptop is getting really really hot on lights usage and the body losing paint and weird stuff I can't explain 😭 

And now with no warranty....

ne of the hinge is loose and the laptop body below or front of those hinges has actually **bleep** holes broken like howwww it is to even intentionally do this! 

HP PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS I NEED THIS LAPTOP TO Atleast WORK THROUGH OUT MY COLLEGE!!
