Going round in circles.
I logged a complaint as advised. Eventually they came back to say I am a consumer not commercial customer so was sent back to square one.
Logged the battery failure issue again and am now told the consumer route is wrong.
I have at least had confirmation a warranty is in place but can't contact anyone to discuss...the contact details page tells me to check back later for contact details...day or night.
Keep this service up and my warranty will be over and you won't have to worry about putting things right.

You have traced my warranty is valid but keep redirecting me to dead ends. I hate all these dead ends. Sort this problem out please. This has been going on far too long ! I hate this service
