When run a performance test in ALM 11.0, sometimes it itself stops. I am losing many tests because of this error. I am listing the error it logs, any help to fix this error is appreciated.
1) Failed to collect statistics from Controller, internal error: 'Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {E933439A-81A1-11D4-8EEE-0050DA6171E8} failed due to the following error: 800706bf.'
2) Failed to collect statistics from Controller, internal error: 'Failed to get report manager from controller.'
3) Failed to collect statistics from Controller, internal error: 'Failed to get report manager from controller.'
4) Run 192 (timeslot 2003) changed state from Running to Stopping.
5) Failed to stop test. Reason: 'There was no endpoint listening at net.pipe://localhost/CntrlService/Service that could accept the message. This is often caused by an incorrect address or SOAP action. See InnerException, if present, for more details. The pipe endpoint 'net.pipe://localhost/CntrlService/Service' could not be found on your local machine. '
