I have a left-handed tracker ball mouse and standard keyboard, both blue tooth via usb to the laptop. Both cut out inexplicably with no obvious pattern. Sometimes the system won't work upon wake up, often it cuts out in the middle of working. Hard shut down may or may not correct the issue. Once the system recognizes the mouse and keyboard again, all is well. I have to hard shutdown the system at least 3 times a day.

Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details and I would appreciate if you could, perhaps elaborate on your concern.
- What is the product number of your computer?
- What is the operating system you are using?
- What is the make and model of your mouse and keyboard?
- Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?
- Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?
Look forward to hearing from you and have a great day!
Take care.
Cheers!
