Hello Team Please help me in my problem:

 

when i press power button I saw this message on the screen (Product Information not valid), and can't find serail number or product number but i have CT number (PCBMQA47V3B2MV)

 

Please advise team,

Did you do the step and SAVE your information???

i don't remember if i see (save information) , but everything is ok and it not request password for BIOS after the steps

If you did this step you can go back to #3 and reprogram the Product Information .

 

First thing is to save your settings.

 

Select #3 re-program.

 

Press “S” to save system information.

 

It will ask if you want to reprogram it from a saved file.

do you mean that repeat all steps 1,2 with 3 or direct beginning from third step,

Boot the program again.

 

At C:\OUTPUT   type CD..   “Then hit enter”

 

Type HPBR   “Then hit enter”

 

Then go to #3 RE-PROGRAM.

 

Then  PRESS "R" to restore saved information
