Bueno mi problema deriva de que sentia lenta mi laptod, y vi videos de como formatear segui todos los pasos instale los drivers y mi laptod esta más lenta que antes que la formateara antes me corrian los juegos a muy buenos fps ahora me va lag los fps, tarda en prender cuando prendia en segundos ahora demora 1 minuto, tarda en cargar busquedas, tarda en responder cuando abro cualquier aplicación, necesito ayuda porfavor 😞
