Hi, the usb type c port of my notebook suddenly no longer works, when I connected the usb type c key it is not detected, it seems to give no sign of life, I checked the driver in device manager "NVIDIA USB Type-C Port Policy Controller "and says it works correctly and is up to date.
Until the other day it worked correctly, I tried the dongle on a smartphone and it is detected correctly.
Do you know what may have happened and how can I fix and understand if the usb type c port is not damaged or burned?
