I have this unit for almost 2 years and i have had nothing but issues with this unit. I had it sent to HP a few times for the issue. The unit has been with possible video card or motherboard issues. The touch pad is lifted off the unit as shown in photos. I checked the recall app and my battery dont show up on recall.

@MissMyMac I understand your concern and I will bring your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.
Although, I'll need some private information from you in order to create a case for you.

Thank you for your response. To address your battery issue, HP can send you a complimentary battery that you would be responsible for getting installed. The information you provided is incomplete. I will need:
- Product Number
- Product Serial Number

Ok if you replace battery but how do i fix the trackpad and unit overheating i think motherboard maybe damaged from battery expanded against the card and what about video card?
