If My HP Desktop - M01-F0033w says it supports 32gb of ram can I go ahead and put it inside? or do I have to upgrade my psu for it to run correctly, my current power supply is an 180 W Gold efficiency power supply. Let me know

Your motherboard does support 32GB of installed memory.
The desktop which was assembled with the Erica2 motherboard was delivered with 8GB of installed memory and a 180 W PSU.
As it is configured it will probably not boot up with 32 GB of installed memory.
The installed PSU just does not have the power.

Thank you very much for that, I was planning on getting a a new psu for this system, im going for an EVGA 600W 80 Plus Certified 100-W1-0600-K1 Power Supply
Would this be compatible with my system to install?
Also would my system be able to run 16gb memory with the 180w psu or just wait until I upgrade the psu first?

The PSU in your desktop PC is a proprietary unit.
It is not compatible with the PSU units you can buy at stores, like the EVGA unit you asked about, since the connectors are not the same.
The PSU upgrade question for your model desktop was asked before and answered by @old_geekster
Unfortunately, the HP Partsurfer web page appears to be down.

I used Google and had no problem getting an image of the PSU and many vendor sources. You can probably even find it on eBay.
All I used was 942332-001 as the keyword. Click on image to see what the PSU looks like and get the specifications by search for 942332-001+specifications to see exactly which cables it has. It is a 400 Watt PSU so running 32GB in the motherboard is not an issue.
