I can't believe I was so ..I bought an HP Omen laptop. .me once..
Had an issue with the hard drive - it got fixed after a month. And now the power adapter is dead - it is just over 2 years old... - and it isn't even possible to buy a new one. It is on backorder.

I can't get in touch with anyone, this **bleep**show of a support page just let's go in an infinite loop of redirects to an infinite nothingness.
Even trying to add my product to this post was impossible and after a couple of attempts I gave up.
In the off chance that anyone will see and respond to this my laptop is OMEN Gaming Laptop 16-wf0876no.

I have already ordered the standard adapter - but have received no update for a week now. Are there any alternatives, or do you care as little about yourn customers as your support page shows?
