Product: HP ENVY Laptop 17-ce0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop is HP ENVY laptop 17-ce0xxx. After pressing the power button, the light on the power button blinks intermittently about every 4 seconds and the light caps lock also blinks, 5 times rapidly and 3 times slowly. I have been using other chargers to charge the laptop but chargers of the HP brand.

Please try a hard reset and see if it works.


   1. Power off your laptop
   2. Remove the a/c adapter, battery and everything that is attached to your laptop.
   3. Hold the 'POWER' button down on your laptop for about 10 seconds.
   4. Plug in the a/c power supply (without battery) and power on.
