HP Pavilion x360 - 13-u135tu

Power button stuck on HP Pavilion x360 - 13 - u135tu model. Since button is already in pressed state, not able to power up the laptop now. Tried long press, multiple short presses, but no response. Battery is fully charged and no drop or damage to laptop.

I see that you are facing issues with your HP Pavilion x360 - 13 - u135tu wherein the power button is not working.

 

This could be a hardware issue with the unit and may require repair. 

 

I suggest that you contact HP Service Center in your location from this web link
