Hello,

 

Is it normal that with a laptop equiped with Sensitive screen ( 13 '), there is still a power consumption when Laptop is turned Off ?

Note :Power consumption of the battery and laptop not connected to mains .

No, when screen is off, it won't draw power from battery.
