My printer will not stay powered on because the power cord doesn't stay plugged into the back of the printer. I have to tape it on so it stays. Is there another remedy?

Hi @bcsac,
Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're thrilled to have you on board!
Is the cable loose? did you have any accidents like dropping it on the floor, etc...? since when is the cable coming off or in need of a tape to stay on? because the cable wouldn't become lose on its own, that said, have you tried with an alternate cable?
We're all ears!
Best regards,
I'm an HP Employee.
