The battery is weakened quite a bit. On full charge it only carries 59% of its original charge. And you have a failure Code so it is no longer a workable reliable battery and needs replacement. We can help you find a battery replacement and provide installation instructions if you wish. Where do you live (country)?
Pages 37-39 of the Manual here:
3-cell, 41-WHr, 3.6-AHr, Li-ion battery 920070-855
About $50 for a compatible replacement:
If you want us to try to find a genuine HP battery let us know. Please accept as solution if this is the info you needed.

Hey, I bought this laptop on october 2017 brand new. It is strange to see battery is 522 days old. How this is possible btw? Battery is expired just one month ago. Now battery is not charging. Why the hp battery check showing 522 days old? I didnt use laptop much.

October 2017 was about 400 days ago and the battery had to be manufactured, shipped to the HP factory, put in the laptop and then the laptop sat on the shelf before you bought it. 522 days old. The test does not make these things up. You are just past warranty and for the battery to fail in a little more than a year is not normal. You can try to see if HP will make an exception and replace under warranty but we here at the Forum have no power to make that decision. Batteries are consumable items and their longevity is a bit unpredicatble. It has 95 cycles which means power dropped below 95% 95 times and you recharged it so it did get some use.

OMG. This is not consumer fault. Actually, this is hp fault who placed 400 days old battery as date of placing is visible on battery stats. Anyhow, how to contact hp for this matter and discussion of the fact and fault which is hp - created? Any support email or somthing like that which allow me to write to hp for taking this case up?

I can't really help you because I am not following your logic. You bought the laptop over a year ago so even if the battery was made the day you bought the laptop the battery would be about 400 days old. That is not possible so it is older than that. The battery app counts the days from when the battery was assembled at the battery factory.
I don't know where you live (country) so no way to direct you to HP Support resources. This is not an issue of "fault" its electronics that has failed, arguably prematurely. It happens. Try to talk HP into replacing it past the warranty and if that does not work buy a new battery. Its part of owning a laptop. This is my last communication on this topic. Good luck.
