Hello,

I just installed a new Crucial 8GB DDR4-2400 SODIMM into the second slot but it is not being recognized after reboot. The module in slot 1 is also an 8GB DDR4-2400 SODIMM module, so I'm not sure why the new module is not being recognized. Any suggestions would be lhelpful.

Thanks in advance!

I figured it out on my own: I simply swapped slots on the two RAM modules. I put the new module into slot 1 and moved the original module from slot 1 to slot 2. Problem solved.
