Periodically the above happens.
I usually unplug the charger, let the battery run down more, plug in the charger and then battery charges returns to 100%.
Should this be a concern for me?

Thank you so much Eddy,
Checked out both of the links and they look like big productions of time.
You mentioned that Laptop is nearing its 2 year lifetime...I hope and expect it will last for many years.
In either case you indicated, "This occasionally happens to me so I don't think you should be too worried."
Problem solved...live with it and do not be concerned.
Appreciate your wise guidance.
All the best.

Hello Peter74,
This occasionally happens to me so I don't think you should be too worried.
You can use HP Support Assistant's Battery calibration or try some guide like this: http://www.tomsguide.com/faq/id-2342991/calibrate-battery-windows-laptops.html
Here is also HP's official document on laptop battery calibration: https://support.hp.com/ph-en/document/c04700771
If the laptop is nearing its 2 year lifetime, this can be considered normal.
Hope this helps,
Eddy
