Error upon updating Winows 10 64bit...Remove BIOS manually. Not sure what it is asking or how to reinstall BIOS

The message is a bit misleading because any programs would be listed there that need to be uninstalled. If you read the info on BIOS it says it needs to be upgraded.
Download and save the BIOS file. After download is complete, close all open programs and browser windows.Plug in power cord and Click the BIOS file to run it and follow the instructions.

That cannot be the exact text of the error-message ?!
Without a working BIOS, you cannot boot your computer (from disk-drive, USB memory-stick, or CD/DVD device).
One of the currently-installed applications on your system must be "uninstalled" before trying again to upgrade.
The error-message should identify it.
Can you use your smart-phone to take a snapshot of the error-message, and post that image into this forum?

Yes, as @CherylG has stated you need to update the BIOS to be able to upgrade/update Windows 10. Just download and run as administrator. Once finished try updating Windows 10:
