I bought a new laptop (Hp 15da 1104 Core I5) serail number (CND9****WF) approximately in May the first and just it reached me, I realized that there is problem with ALT keys. I tried some solution on the web. Then I asked here in the community (https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Hardware-and-Upgrade-Questions/Problem-with-ALT-key-in-my-new...). I tried what Echo_lake told me ,but it did not fix the problem. He told me to contact HP support. (Actually I had already done before He had told me). On whatsApp, Hp support team in Turkey asked me to send them the Laptop to examine it. I notified them that it is a new one and I want a report to contact the seller to replace it with a new one if there is a hardware issue. They took the lap by shipment (on their demand in). After some days it came back with a report that there is not problem. I contacted them again, and they asked me to send it for the second time and I did. Just as the first time it came back with a report that they could not see a problem. (Just a note, I send them a video showing the problem). So, I insisted to go myself for them. I went and met the receptionist in the support office in Istanbul. I show him the problem. and insisted that he write that he saw the problem himself, and he wrote that. After that I went to them after some days where I found that there is a report that they changed the keyboard !!. (I asked why they had not told me before changing it as I wanted a report to seller since the problem was discovered from the first day of buying the laptop and I want to replace it with a new one with no hardware issues ). They just said nothing. Surprisingly I tried to turn on the laptop in front of them but it did not turn on at all. There was no such a problem before !!! . they simply said it is a new problem and we would take it again. They took it for the 4th time !!!!! I asked for a way to contact their management to complain against their strange technical service. The receptionist, at support office, refused at all and told me that they were only responsible to fix problems and they do!!!. They said "It is not our problem that you bought a new one with problem with it" . They really caused new harm to the lap (in addition to the old problem and their attitude when telling for twice that there is no problems). If they had just tried it after changing the keyboard they would had discovered that the laptop did not turn on at all. Now I want a way to contact the general management worldwide to complain again the Turkish branch of Hp company. How can I do it? I have all the reports and print screens of all the conversations in whats App. they are in Turkish and I can translate what is written in English. The laptop is a new one and there is a problem in the hardware and they for twice did not discover it and I would had taken my report and changed the laptop if they had did it right the first time. Is there an e mail or some one to complain against them ?

@Mohamed_Gouda As mentioned, you're case had been routed to the regional team, however, since you have issues communicating with the Turkish support, it's best you take the device to any of the authorized service providers instead, please check If you have an HP authorized service center near by, you should be able to take it to them and have it checked,
