ENVY X360 CONVERTIBLE
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everyone,

This laptop always made me problems regarding the Tablet Mode and the convertibility. The problems I issued are the following

1) switch to tablet mode and rotate screen of 180degrees (correct) but when i switch back it DOESNT switch again the screen

2) sometimes i rotate the screen but it DOESNT switch the screen.

3) AT STARTUP IS NOW IN TABLET MODE AND WITH THE SCREEN ROTATED OF 180DEGREES AND I CANNOT MAKE USE OF IT

Is there anyone who knows how can manually command the tablet mode and screen rotation? And possibly how to fix or disable the automatic switch. Thanks

Welcome to HP support community.

If you haven't been Connecting USB Devices to your Tablet (external mouse) as such,
you can try this: Click here

Then, perform the steps suggested before.

However, if that doesn't work either, please be advised that the last resort needs to be applied and that's a Reset (you may lose all your data)

You can follow the procedure mentioned here:  Click here

I hope that helps.

To thank me for my efforts to help you, please mark my post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others.

Cheers.
