A connector is a hole in a laptop if I understand correctly? So that I understand correctly, show me in the picture

That is the DC port where you connect the charger. I am talking about the connector inside the computer. As informed earlier, we have exhausted all the troubleshooting steps. You need to get the computer checked locally as this is a hardware issue.

For 2 years broken connector and You HP-specialists say thats good product? My laptop very very badly cause dont work boosting to 3,3 GHz and no work 2,4 Ghz and work only in 1,9.

Sluggish performance that laptop however its have 6 Gb DDR4 memory. I'm dissapointed!!!

This notrebook the nightmare! I'm so sorry whats i buy and spend my money (almost 600 dollas) 600, Karl!!!
