Good afternoon, we're need your help. We're have a problem on all HP 430 G5 laptops. In the HP 430 G6 laptops problem not found. In this case, the latest BIOS version is installed (Q85 ver 01.07.00) + firmware of the docking station is installed, but on the same dock we can to enter bitlocker's pincode succesfully from external keyboard (on HP 430 G6), and we're have the problem with bitlocker's pincode enter on HP 430 G5 laptops. Power is not transmitted to the keyboard before entering the PIN code (independently connected dock or not). Can you help us with this questions? Thank you.

I was found resolve himself. In the BIOS - Advanced - BootOption - Fast Boot OFF
