Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was having a problem with not charging and not starting for few days. I went to a hp service centre, it repaired for rs 3800. Then same problem arises after one week , again they repaired for 1100 rs. Now after ten day's same problem arise, not charging and system not starting.
