Hello,
I accidentally put 9V into an Arduino card and my USB port fried. At this moment, all usb ports were malfunctioning.
So, I disconnected the M27457-001 card. And now, the other usb port function.
So, is this problem covered by the warrany (I don't think so) ? In the case of negative answer, how can I have a new M27457-001 card ?
Thanks in advance,
Alban

I do not understand the word beginning with a capital O, unless you meant to type onsite.
It is not an equivalent to the consumer Accidental Damage Protection HP Care pack warranty.
One of the other warranties may cover the damaged card.
It is certainly worth your asking your IT department if they can initiate a warranty claim.

Sorry of to hear of your self inflicted misfortune.
"So, is this problem covered by the warranty (I don't think so) ? In the case of negative answer, how can I have a new M27457-001 card ?"
Customer induced damage, which is where your misfortune would fall into, is not covered by the warranty.
The non functioning M27457-001 card is also in the same category as it was caused by customer induced damage, so that also would not be covered by warranty.
There may be an exception to the rule:
If you have an active Accidental Damage Protection HP Care pack warranty, which is supposed to cover everything, except the battery, the problem might be covered in both cases.

Thank you for your answer.
It is the computer of the laboratory so I contact the administrative department and I have these warrenty :
- HP 4 years Priority Management PC 500+ seats SVC for PPS PC Products
- HP 7y Matinfo Custom NBD NB 8xx/1xxxx Svc

These warranties are valid. The last one, is it an equivalent of the Accidental Damage Protection HP Care pack warranty ?
