Product: HP USB-C Dock G5
Operating System: Ubuntu LTS

I can't find any drivers to run the Dock G5 on a Linux (specificaly Ubuntu) OS.

It doesn't work on any of my HP laptop (ubuntu) or the Macbook.

The device works at my job with a Windows. I wanted to give it a try on my personnal devices while I work at home.

 

I doesn't do anything when connected (no sound output on headphone, no charge of devices and no 3rd monitor). Each step have been tried separetely and the OS has been updated && upgrade.

 

Could you please give me a tip to make it work ?
