I'm having problems with my HP Victus. The AC Adapter has stopped working. I ran a diagnostic test and it said the adapter was not functioning properly. Whenever it's plugged into the laptop, I get an icon that says 'No battery is detected.' Also, my HDMI port isn't working as it does not recognize cables. I've tried 2 different cables and neither worked on the Victus, but did work on an old HP Stream and an Acer Aspire. I tried to chat with customer support, but all that comes up is a blank white screen after I fill out my specs and what the problem is. Is the chat screen supposed to look like this?

(1) Blank screen 😊
You are using adblock plus plugin, please click on the icon (see picture) and choose to disable blocker on HP website !
(2) Close and open your browser again and contact HP Support

I redid this with Adblock turned off, but I am still getting the blank white chat box.
And now a new problem popped up when I did a fresh install of WIN 10, thinking that might help fix the HDMI port problem. The Wi-Fi adapters are missing and I can't find them in Device Manager to reinstall.

- Microsoft Edge (included in Windows)

1) Downloaded the drivers and now my Wi-Fi works again. Since they were nowhere to be found, if I did a reset of my laptop if it's giving me problems, would I have to download and install it again?
2) Downloaded the AMD Graphics driver and installed it, but I got an error message saying it was not compatible with the Victus so I went to the AMD website and downloaded the AMD Auto-Detect and Install Tool which updated my drivers to a different version.
3) No Adblock extension downloaded, but Edge, Chrome, and Opera GX still gave me a blank white chat box. However, I was able to get it to work on Firefox and chatted with someone about the problems. I was given an order number and my laptop will be sent in for repair.
