Hp hardware diagnostic 1.8 passed all tests.  hardware diagnostic bios program say that there is an error software. Anyway thanks for your help. :)) bye

Cause my poor knowledge of English did'nt understand how to perform Hardware diagnostic tool.....Anyway then I created an usb with it on board and it give me when check memory ID error m3431s-9t6btu-mfpxgk-40nn03.So now I'll find an hp center for replace the ram.Thanks for all and so sorry for the time you spent with me...:)
