My Probook 450 G5, which I received a little over 2 months ago, has ceased receiving power from any HP notebook chargers. Said chargers are confirmed to be functioning properly as they charge other HP notebooks without issue. In addtion, the computer will not even display the common "Plugged in, not charging" error. HP Diagnostic test results indicate that the issue is hardware-based. The laptop does have warranty active, however, the only reason I am putting this problem here is because the HP chat option does not work, and so hopefully someone from HP can see this and pass it on. If anyone could help, it would be greatly appreciated.
And before you ask, yes, I have done the "uninstall the drivers then restart" trick.

My HP laptop, which I received a little over a month ago, has stopped receiving power. Despite being plugged into a functioning outlet, the laptop does not even acknowledge that it is plugged in, and does not even display the common "Plugged in, not charging" error.
This Laptop does not have a removable battery, and I feel like now all I can do is watch its battery life slowly fade away until I am rendered unable to use it. If anyone could help, it would be greatly appreciated.
Edit: Tests have revealed that the AC power has been disabled, and it is incapable of detecting AC adapters. If anyone knows how to fix this, I would greatly appreciate it.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Support Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
