HP Pavilion Power 15-cb000 Laptop PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi guys.
Recently I find my pc having issues running video editing programs (Davinci Resolve) and Digital Audio Workstation (cubase), having terrible latency issues that i've never had on my previous desktop, that was way more weak than this pc.

Expecially the latency issues on cubase are a real problem, since it's almost impossible to use it for recording.

Can someone here help me?
Could it be a ram/processor problem?
Could it be a memory problem?
I'm not that familiar with this kind of problems so please, help me.
Thanks a lot!
