What's the best processor upgrade over Intel Celeron B830 for my HP 2000- 2d44TU NoteBook PC
Due to HM70 chipset, may be Intel Pentium 2030M or 2020M?This is my Processor Specification
This is my Motherboard and BIOS Specification

This is the correct manual for your notebook:
Due to the HM70 chipset, you can only upgrade to the 2030M or 2020M.
The Intel Core processors require the HM75 chipset.
I agree with Huffer that I would upgrade the memory and install a 2.5" SATA SSD before upgrading the processor.
But here is a side-by-side comparison of your notebook's currently installed processor and the supported Pentium processors:
Intel® Product Specification Comparison
The Pentium processors do provide a better base frequency.

Found this Service Manual:
Not sure this is exactly your laptop. Support documentation gets pretty sketchy if we try to go back 15 years. This suggests the Celeron models have a motherboard different than even the Pentium models. You would be looking at a very negligible upgrade from the Celeron to a Pentium of that era, in any event. Best you can do is max the memory and run a 2.5 inch SATA SSD in lieu of a mechanical hard drive.

@Paul_Tikkanen
Thanks for the solution!
Actually, My SATA SSD has already been Upgraded to a 2.5" SATA SSD
Can I upgrade the RAM as well?
Slot #1 DDR3L Micron 2GB RAM (800MHz)
Slot #2 DDR3 Samsung 2GB RAM (533MHz)
Ram type, Channel, and Size / Timings
Type: Slot 1.DDR3L (Micron) Slot 2. DDR3 (Samsung)
Channel: Dual
Size: 4 GB (2 x 2)
Ram Frequency: 533 MHz (downgraded from 800 MHz due to the low frequency of Samsung RAM)
I plan to upgrade this RAM from Micron and Samsung DDR3L (4GB.2 x 2) to Hynixtec DDR3L (8GB.4 x 2).

You're very welcome.
Your notebook's Celeron B830 processor can only run the memory at a maximum speed of 1066 MHz in dual channel mode like it is running in now. You multiply the 533 x 2 to get the 1066.
Intel® Celeron® Processor B830
So, you can install 2 x 4 GB of DDR3L-1600 MHz memory, but I believe that it is still only going to run at 1066 MHz with the Celeron processor.
That is why one of the memory chips is 1066 MHz.
Since you have already installed a SSD, then you may want to upgrade the processor to the Pentium 2030M
The Pentium will run the memory at 1333 MHz in dual channel mode.
Here is a side-by-side comparison of the two processors: Current and the 2030M

Yes 8 gb (2 x 4gb) of DDR3 would be the max configuration See the comments above re clock speed. The Manual says it is DDR3 1.5 volt but DDR3L 1.35 volt can also run at 1.5 volts so you can use it.
