I have an hp 650 G1 laptop. It has an i3 4100m processor. Can I upgrade it to i5 or i7?

Can I upgrade any of the i5 or i7 processors mentioned in it?

M, MQ No problem? I mean my processor has M so is it okay to put MQ?
