Hi:

 

HP provides W11 drivers for your notebook, so my assumption is that W11 is fully supported.

 

HP EliteBook 850 G5 Notebook PC Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Customer Support

 

You have 10 days to easily go back to W10 if for some reason things don't work right on W11.

 

Microsoft: You can easily go back to Windows 10 from Windows 11 (windowslatest.com)
