HP 15-dk0047tx Pavilion Gaming Laptop

I ordered my laptop (HP 15-dk0047tx Pavilion Gaming Laptop) on 18th march 2020 From HP Official Website.

 It was supposed to be delivered by 20th of march but it was not delivered then the lockdown happened it's been 3 months since then I had no update regarding my order I tried contacting them through there email, customer care number, and online chats but there was no response even when the lockdown was over I got no response. a new order was being placed according to their website but my order status not changed to processing.
 Then recently I was able to get in touch with Vakar Ahmed (Sale Executive) through there customer care number he kept on cutting my calls and promising to review my problem but nothing was done I told him to connect me to manger whose name is chandeep she too keeps dropping calls and was unavailable or busy whole day according to Vakar Ahmed. Due to the non-delivery of my product, I have faced huge losses and fell back on my projects, and the way HP treats there a customer is unacceptable.
