Hello experts,

I want to find out the Model number of my HP 15 notebook which is written on the back side of the laptop but somehow it got erased or faded so I can't see the complete number. Every time I try a method to find out the model number, I get different results like product number, product name or some small alphanumeric product explanation  but these are not the same as the number written on the backside. I even tried to open the back side by removing all screws but found another different information. Can someone please help me find the exact same model number which is usually written on the backside of the laptop.

Can you provide the product number which we can then see the model number with.

Here are some ways to find out the model number or at least the series.

You can also identify from here if the notebook boots by clicking on identify now.
