- I purchased this HP laptop on 31 October 2026 from Amazon India. However, the HP warranty website shows the warranty ending on 16 November 2026.
I have the original Amazon purchase invoice and the laptop's serial number.
Please register a warranty date correction request and update the warranty according to my actual purchase date and applicable warranty terms.
Please provide me with a complaint or case reference number.

Hello @RG926358 ,
Welcome to the HP community.
As a new guest to our community, I would advise the community search functionality, as it bears answers for most questions.
A quick search for the term "warranty" finds, as an example, this >Brand new desktop already out of warranty?<
One of our friendly volunteers explains exactly why this is happening
You can dispute your warranty with proof of purchase here:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_2534210-1364541-16
If there is no Warranty Dispute Page for your region, you may need to reach out directly to HP support to correct this.
For Customers from India, please contact HP customer service beginning at the link below and submit a support request to have the warranty start and end dates adjusted to the date you purchased the PC.
