Welcome and Thank you for posting your query on HP Support Forum
It looks like you are trying find the invoice for your Notebook. We will surely assist you with this issue
This is to inform you that HP would not have any records if you have purchased the Notebook from a reseller or distributor or stockist. I would say you can directly contact the point of purchase and request for the bill/invoice
If you have purchased the Notebook directly from HP, then there might be chance that we can help you. Just to let you know most of the times HP database would show the manufacturing date instead purchase date, which is why we request with
Customers to send us a soft copy of the bill/invoice.
Please call up HP Sales Support over the Phone and request for the duplicate copy of your bill/invoice.
If you are lucky enough you might get support from them.

As above, only your retailer will be able to advise of the exact purchase date, the warranty information is below however
