Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to know can i install SSD in my notebook while keeping my 1TB HDD in laptop. i want both.

Looks like its only one or the other and if you want an M.2 Sata drive, you would have to also include an adapter board and cable to mount in place of the HDD.
