Hi, I bought a hp laptop probably a year and a half ago ever since I've had a few issues requiring sending it in due to a faulty hard drive. I didn't have the money at the time to renew my warranty so I let it go and dealt with the issues. Today a message popped up regarding a hp 1yr post-warranty plan and I was wondering if this covers accidental protection due to my bottom casing and keyboard casing is slightly bent up and the clip is popped off/broken by the charger will this be covered or just standard issues that are manufacturer error.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
