Product: HP Notebook - 15-da0073wmn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I noticed my battery was plugged in and should have been at 100% but noticed it says 99% available (plugged in). If it's fully charged shouldn't it say 100% available (plugged in)? I did a battery test to see if it could be battery related at all. I got the laptop in July. It is HP Laptop 15-da0073wm. When I did the system test which tests the battery it shows this for a result.

Shouldn't the Primary Charge Capacity be 100? If not, why is it 94? The test says it passed but not sure why it states that the Primary Charge Capacity is 94?
Thanks!

As you can see
- Primary_DesignCapacity: 3615mAh
- Primary_FullChargeCapacity: 3428mAh
Therefore 3428/3615 = .94 or 95% (round up). All batteries are very hard to get 100% DesignCapacity. You only get 99% because the magic numbers above .94/.95 roughly = 99%.
Regards.
