I don't understand why it uses a RAID controller,  you must select the driver

I wasn’t able to see the SSD during the Windows installation, so I installed Windows on my HDD instead. I’ve attached the DiskPart screenshot for your reference. only my HDD shows up.

do not use the software that I indicate, enter the support page of your model download the file and then with win-zip or 7-zip unzip and copy the folder dchu_rst in your USB installation and gives you that path to find the driver that I have indicated.

Do you mean on my laptop or during the Windows installation?

I’ve attached my Device Manager screenshot below.
Do you think I should try buying a new SSD and test with that?

Is the RAID 0 configuration stored on the SSD itself or in the BIOS? If it’s in the SSD, will replacing it work?
Or do I just need a different driver to get my current SSD detected during Windows installation?

I’ve attached the details of my SSD for your reference.

I really don't know how to help you, the disk image that says intel RAID-0 I don't understand . You don't have RAID on your laptop and only the disk drives store RAID information, Intel optane has an option to disable it, use that option to disable it and don't use intel optane.

Thank you for your efforts. In Intel Optane Memory, it’s now showing ‘No valid pairs’. This happened after I performed a fresh Windows installation. Before that, it was showing a valid pair. I’ll try replacing my SSD tomorrow and let you know what happens.

In DiskPart, I can see only one disk. Screenshot below.
As I mentioned, here’s what I’ve tried so far:

  1. Removed the SSD and kept only the HDD (which had Windows installed) — got a “No bootable device found” error. During Windows installation, no drives were listed.

  2. Removed the HDD and kept only the SSD — same “No bootable device found” error, and no drives listed during Windows installation.

  3. Removed both drives and connected a new SSD — it’s detected as a UEFI drive, as my system uses UEFI.

  4. Connected the new SSD along with the old HDD — but the HDD is not detected.

  5. Only connecting both old disks together — HDD is working. These were connected in RAID 0 configuration.

Now, even if I use the newSSD, how do I format the HDD if it’s not being detected?

I suspect RAID metadata is stored on the HDD and SSD, preventing it from showing up.

Have you tried to delete the volume with diskpart?

Yes, I had already tried removing the volume before posting my question. At that time, only the HDD was visible in DiskPart — I couldn’t clean or delete it since Windows was installed on it. So, I booted into the BIOS command prompt, deleted the partitions on the HDD, and attempted a fresh Windows installation.
However, during installation, still only the HDD appeared — the SSD was not visible.

After installing a fresh Windows, I checked again but found no option anywhere to break or manage the RAID configuration.

Finally, I decided to replace the SSD. I installed a new SSD, reinstalled Windows, but initially the HDD was still not visible in BIOS, DiskPart, or Disk Management.
When I checked Intel RST, it showed the HDD as part of an invalid array with a delete option. I deleted the invalid array from RST — and after that, the HDD appeared normally.

Now with the new SSD and HDD, the system works fine.
As for the old SSD — when I connected it back, it still doesn’t appear in BIOS or Windows. So I’ve continued working with the new SSD and HDD combination.

Thank you for your time and assistance throughout this.

I’ve also uninstalled Intel RST from my new system and learned a lot from this experience.
